Join Dr. Wright for Wright Balance’s GOLF and FITNESS programs and learn to:
- Determine each persons dominant Core Zone without measurements
- Create 100% HEEL TO TOE balance by Core Zone for set up to the ball and daily activities
- Match sequencing of motion by Core Zone for the most efficient use of GROUND REACTION FORCE and Power
- Create the MAXIMUM SET of the club at the top of the swing for greater LEVERAGE and POWER
- ELIMINATE HIP LINE impact and learn to train Posture, lead and trail had grip and matching sequencing of motion for maximum SHOULDER ROTATION

Wright Balance Fitness
Most injuries result from muscle imbalance. Fitness Training programs focus on balancing and strengthening muscle groups, often creating muscle imbalances in the process.
During the fitness phase of this training you will learn:
- To Identify the impact of your current exercise on MUSCLE BALANCE and IMBALANCE
- To MODIFY your current exercise program for MEASURABLE MUSCLE BALANCE
- The effects of exercises on each of the PLANES of MOTION
- To test your EXERCISE program for intensity and muscle balancing
- RECOVER following exercise by moving from one Wright Balance Exercise Zone to another Core Zone
- MANAGE PAIN by Moving from the Dominant Core Zone to one of the other 2 Zones
- Create Jaw line symmetry of BITE
- ELIMINATE hip rotation (DRAG) during walking, running & cycling minimizing friction on the hips and spine
