Knee Pronation / Internal Rotation and correction via a Tensegrity / Isometric Exercise
Recall that in this illustration the internal rotation of one knee, the left knee is illustrated here. I have seen knee pronation on the left side as well. I have never seen it both knees. Correction of this pronation is through a simple exercise.
